Manager Referred Evening Commercial Cleaners
PJS is immediately hiring part time evening cleaners for several of our buildings all over Austin. This is perfect job for someone looking to supplement their income while keeping their weekends free for friends and family and avoiding big crowds! Bilingual Senior Payroll Administrator
Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team. The Sr. Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll operations of the organization and ensuring payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to accurately calculate and process payroll. This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager.
Responsibilities
• Manage and process payroll for the organization, including reviewing timecards, calculating earnings and deductions, and ensuring accurate payment to all employees.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports on a timely basis.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records, perform regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Prepare tax filing and reporting processes related to payroll and benefits.
• Provide support to employees and team members as needed related to payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.
• Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings related to payroll and benefits.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to payroll and benefits.
• Experience with payroll software and systems, including Team Software a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across the organization.

Billing & Client Support Specialist
Job Overview:
The Billing & Client Support Specialist is responsible for submitting client invoices with supporting documents using various delivery methods. Delivery methods would include client- and third-party portals (i.e., Service Channel, Verisae, Corrigo), email or, on occasion, mailing. The Billing & Client Support Specialist is expected to resolve submission issues, provide requested support documentation, and coordinate with PJS operations management to answer client inquiries and/or disputes. Attention to detail, self-motivated and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
Reports To: The Accounting Manager (with indirect oversight provided by the CFO).
Responsibilities and Duties May Include:
- Maintain an up-to-date company billing system
- Serve as a liaison between area managers, clients, third-party payment platforms and accounting team in the creation, completion, closing, invoicing, and accounting for work orders
- Monitor invoice aging reports for non-payments, delayed payments, and/or other irregularities
- Research and resolve billing and/or payment discrepancies on an as-needed basis
- Investigate and resolve client questions and disputes on an as-needed basis
- Provide accurately and timely updates to clients and PJS personnel as needed
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2-year certificate program in Accounting Principles or equivalent – candidates with BBA will be given preferential consideration
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced / deadline-sensitive environment with varying and evolving client billing protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Working knowledge of sales tax law and experience interacting with relevant taxing authorities

Job Overview: We are seeking an individual with a background in janitorial project management to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for staff management, quality control, inventory management, safety and compliance, scheduling and coordinating staff, reporting and documenting, training and development, problem solving skills, and is highly detail oriented. The Project Manager will also be responsible for overseeing and visiting multiple locations in the Austin area.
Reports To: Their immediate Operations Area Manager.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr DOE
Responsibilities and Duties May Include:
- Supervise and train a team of janitors and cleaning staff in multiple locations.
- Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient coverage across multiple locations.
- Provide guidance and support to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
- Address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement improvement plans based on feedback and performance evaluations with help of the Area Manager.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials at all locations.
- Maintain inventory records and notify the Area Manager when supplies are needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all cleaning activities.
- Train staff in the proper handling of chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.
- Maintain records of safety training and incidents, if any.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the janitorial teams in assigned locations.
- Plan and organize cleaning schedules for different locations based on priority and needs.
- Adjust schedules as necessary due to emergencies or special events.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
- Generate nightly reports on cleaning performance, issues, and improvements.
- Provide reports to Area Manager as needed.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training to staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and customer service.
- Proactively identify challenges and help the Area Manager develop solutions to improve cleaning processes and efficiency.
- Handle unexpected situations effectively, such as equipment malfunctions or staff shortages.
- May perform additional responsibilities and duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have janitorial/ custodian experience.
- Must have 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
